The sudden changes in static electricity and voltage, sudden increases in static electricity and voltage all damage the LED, so antistatic gloves or bracelets are required when assembling the LED. All equipment must have earth protection.
Plastic lamp foot, if you need to do the plastic lamp foot, it must be completed before welding, light feet of local bending and resin sealing distance not less than 5 mm, and ensure that there will be no external force inappropriate to resin, so it is best to use the tools to assist with tweezers.
The bottom of the epoxy resin is welded at least 1.6 mm from the weld surface to prevent external force from acting on the lamp body during welding. Avoid re welding after welding. The soldering temperature should be 260 degrees at manual welding. Soldering time shall be less than 3 seconds, power less than 30 watts. In wave soldering, the soldering time shall not exceed 5 seconds at 260 degrees. If soldering a string of LED on a printed circuit board, do not weld both ends of the lamp at the same time. When welding, also use metal tweezers to hold the foot of the lamp, so that it is conducive to the distribution of heat.
Cleaning: do not use the chemical cleaning to the specified LED, otherwise it will damage the surface of the LED, if you really need to use alcohol or Freon. At normal temperature, the cleaning time is less than 30 seconds.
